• Supplier evaluation and improvement action follow up;
• Product comparison and pre-production sample evaluation;
• Collection and verification of Suppliers’ report and certificate;
• Verification of product legal and safety compliance vs. requirements of the countries of destination (mainly European market);
• Testing initiation and follow up, including inspection result review, disposition and shipment release;
• Verification of suppliers’ quality performance when required and at any stage of the process (pre, during, post production);
• Communication with Quality Engineers and all internal and external customer groups (Quality, merchandising, supply chain and packaging, locally and overseas);
• Occasionally travel to factory for visiting suppliers to ensure production performance

• Bachelor degree in related engineering areas;
• Around 5 years inspection and quality assurance working experience
•  Knowledge of product quality, European legal and safety standards on outdoor furniture
•  Detail-minded, good communication and negotiation skills
•  Good command of both written and spoken English and Vietnamese
•  Sound PC knowledge including MS office
