Responsible for kitchenware category sourcing and development:

• Conducting market research to understand up-to-date market information
• Proactively seeking for new opportunities and identifying new trends
• Independently developing product ranges according to market needs
• Following through the sourcing project from development to completion independently
• Working closely with cross functional teams to ensure the project timeline
• Frequently travel is required

• Over 8 years merchandising/sourcing experience
• Familiar with European DIY retail industry for kitchenware
• Strong negotiation, presentation and problem solving skill
• Good time management and project management skills
• Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
• Good command of English and Mandarin
• Sound PC knowledge including MS PowerPoint and Excel
